All Dungeon Siege alternatives I have found either have only 1-2 member party size or they have teleporters, it's an open world game, or it is turn based, etc. Now I'm not even gonna go into details as to how I imagine a DS4, although I love to but perhaps in another post; I'm just looking for something like Dungeon Siege.
1 felt more open and 2 feels more linear, but the gameplay is pretty good in both. If you play for the story go for the second, otherwise I would recommend the 1st one!
