As for pre-facelift E46, although the guides on these bumpers will most likely fit the pre-facelift guides, my body shop recommends attaching the bumper using bolts for a more secure fitment, and taking off the brackets. Same process as for the face-lifted E46. *NOTE* Please be advised that this bumper requires prep work and primer before painting. paint 1200+. downgrade estimate (not including labor): $3,500 to $5,000. If you go really cheap and get lucky on some parts, maybe you can do under $3,000 for the downgrade, but unlikely. PLEASE do NOT get ebay headlights. Might as well sell yours and find a pre-facelift.

Facelift air ducting is supposed to be identical so no changes there for an OEM finish. The Mtech-II requires different ducting for an OEM finish. 2) where does the M-tech 1 bumper come from ? , i mean on wich car it was originaly placed in the factorys? any pics please? any dates? The coupe has completely different measurements and angles in different parts. CANNOT do a simple bolt on. This requires fabrication whether its a normal coupe, facelift coupe, or M3 coupe (more involved because fender flare).
